Our consultants will offer you advice and recommendations on a variety of insurance products that guarantee financial protection for you, your family, your home and lifestyle.

Each case will be considered individually. The right insurance in case of any accident will guarantee protection for your home, lifestyle and family. With the adequate insurance cover you do not have to sell or rent your home when you need it most.

Our consultants can provide assistance with the following:

Critical Illness Insurance

Critical illness insurance guarantees a lump-sum cash payment or regular monthly income if you are diagnosed with a critical condition within duration
of the insurance cover. The money can be used to pay off your mortgage so that
you can remove some financial obligations and focus on the recovery. You can
use critical illness cover to pay for medical care or to organise any necessary
modifications to your home. It can also be added to the life insurance policy
for an additional fee.

List of critical illnesses covers heart attack, cancer and stroke. However, some types of cancer are not included and to qualify for some diseases you need to be examined for permanent symptoms. Critical illness insurance for your children is free of charge. Terms and conditions may apply.

Critical illnesses insurance also covers terminal illnesses and it is available at no extra charge. You receive the indicated insurance coverage if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness and given 12 months or less. This type of insurance cannot be applied to policies with a validity period of less than two years.

Home insurance

Home insurance guarantees a decent reimbursement in  case of loss or damage to your buildings, interior furnishing and personal possessions.

Home insurance falls into two categories: buildings and interior furnishing. They can be either covered separately or included in one insurance policy. It is common practice to make building insurance a mandatory requirement of the lender when obtaining a mortgage. In the event of an accident, insurance compensation will cover both internal and external property damage. Contents insurance protects all your belongings inside the house. You can upgrade your insurance policy to cover accidental damage and protection of personal belongings as well as legal protection of your family.

The building insurance usually falls on freeholder of the building, and when you buy a leasehold property, premiums will be often included in the service charge. We recommend that you check your lease contract for that matter before you sign it.

If you plan to rent your property, special building insurance and interior furnishing options are available.

Income protection

Flexible insurance schemes are designed for regular, tax-free monthly payment if you are unable to work for reasons beyond your control or due to disability caused by illness or injury, resulting in loss of earnings during the insurance period. Insurance options can fit in with existing provisions like savings or work benefits and can be adapted to individual circumstances. This also includes arranging an acceptable monthly premium for you to ensure the adequate level of insurance.

This is specifically important in the following situation: your lender expects you to fulfill your monthly payment obligation but you are not working due to unemployment, accident or poor health. Income cover will provide you financial stability and help with paying a mortgage or rent, covering monthly expenses or supporting your family and lifestyle.

Life insurance

A one-time insurance payment or a monthly allowance will be provided in case of your death within the policy validity period.

A life insurance policy is the most standard form and the cheapest way to insure your life. You are covered for a fixed period of time and if you die within the police term, a lump sum payment or a monthly allowance is to be paid.

Critical illness cover can be added to the insurance policy term from the very beginning for an additional fee. In that case insurance cover is paid out if you die or are diagnosed of a listed critical illness during the policy validity period. Payment is also available if you are terminally ill and meet insurance criteria, given that the insurance policy is issued for at least two years.

Life Insurance for mortgage protection

Life insurance offers two options – level or decreasing cover. Level cover means the amount of insurance remains unchanged throughout the term. Decreasing cover means the insurance sum is reduced along with the repayment of the mortgage. Our consultants will offer the most suitable option for you considering your life situation.

Free life insurance is available at no extra charge between exchange and completion.

Life Insurance for family protection

The allowance paid out can be used to maintain a decent lifestyle and ease the financial struggles of the family if the policy holder dies.
