Guaranteed search and selection

• When buying a property, you will need to make an upfront payment for pre exchange searches. If for any reason the purchase process fails, we will refund your money in full, provided that the searches have not been ordered. However, if they were included in the original payment, you will be provided free searches for next property, if you choose to continue work with our solicitors.

Fixed fees

• We do not charge fees per hour or as a percentage of a sale or purchase. We have a fixed pricelist and we do not hide any extra fees in the small print on the last page. From the very beginning you will know exactly how much and what for you pay.

Personalised service

• You will be provided with your solicitor’s phone number and email address. Establishing a direct contact with the person responsible for your case reduces the stress level that accompanies the conveyancing process, and you will be kept up to date of each step.

Capacity management

• We strictly monitor how many cases are assigned to each of our solicitors, so as not to overload them. With fewer cases, each solicitor will be able to dedicate more time to each client. Thus, we optimize customer service, communication and timescales.
